Directions to Kids-Smile Children's Dentistry, LLC
From the East-
Take either:
1-The LIE to Exit 56 North (Route 111) towards Smithtown. Stay on Route 111 for
several miles, crossing over Route 347(Smithtown Bypass). The 50 Route 111 office
building will be on your left at a traffic light. You will also see signs for New York
Commercial Bank and Merrill Lynch in front of the building. (If you cross Route 25, you've
gone too far) There are plenty of parking spaces available, including handicap spaces,
behind the building. When you enter the building take the elevator to the second floor.
You'll see our office at the end of the hall with the big tooth on it.
2-Route 347 West to a right merge onto Route 25 West(Jericho Turnpike). You will pass
a lot of car dealerships and then make a Left onto Route 111 South where the Millennium
Diner is. Make a Right at the first traffic light into the building parking lot. You will also
see signs for New York Commercial Bank and Merril Lynch in front of the building. There
are plenty of parking spaces available, including handicap spaces, behind the building.
When you enter the building take the elevator to the second floor. You'll see our office at
the end of the hall with the big tooth on it.
3-Route 25 West (Jericho Turnpike). You will pass a lot of car dealerships as you pass
through Smithtown and then make a Left onto Route 111 South where the Millennium
Diner is. Make a Right at the first traffic light into the building parking lot. You will also
see signs for New York Commercial Bank and Merril Lynch in front of the building. There
are plenty of parking spaces available, including handicap spaces, behind the building.

Take either:

2-Northern State Parkway East to Route 347 East. Stay in the right hand lane and get
onto Route 111 North. (You will be making a right and then a left at the corner of 347 and
Route 111 in order to continue on 111 North). You will pass through a residential area.
